How to learn to discover business trends?

Hi everyone,

I'm from france and I would like to start my first real side project. I am currently working in the field of greentech. Now I would like to start my own newsletter to curate information and business trends about environmental business.

I have a idea to share info and some insights on business topic for free, and then set a membership pass to access full business insight.

But I am looking for some advices on how to set up a curation and find business insight. Do you know some tools for that ?
