How to make a screen recording like Notion AI?

Hey makers 👋

Does anyone know how to make a screenrecording with smooth zoom effects and mouse mouvements, just like Notion's AI launch?

I guess theirs is edited using After Effects, but I'm wondering if there's a tool that would do the trick.
