Hi all - I run programs on how to design and run better workshops (particularly educational workshops, but also for strategy/operation etc.)
We just finished our latest 1-month online program, where we raised over $5k for our youth nonprofit partners.
We've just opened up registrations for the next cohort (at https://creator.wavetable.net), and as more and more people are looking at increasing online communications, we want to be sure to include valuable info on making better online workshop sessions.
To help us build the best possible program, I'd love to get IH's thoughts on the following:
What have you found most challenging when collaborating online, whether in a workshop or a team meeting?
What information and expertise would you love to share with others?
Feel free to DM me with any ideas or suggestions too!
Howard
I believe @robfitz has written about this, check out his book (although not sure if it was for online workshops or only in-person).
Hah, funny coincidence, the OP @howardgray was actually one of the most active beta readers for my workshop book (workshopsurvival.com, if anyone else is interested). He provided a ton of useful feedback which helped make it what it is. Hello Howard!
And the book provided lots of great fuel for my workshops on workshops - highly recommend. Hello to you @robfitz :)
