How to make great audio/video interviews?
I'd like to interview a couple of people. And while I am in control of my own set-up (camera and microphone), I wonder how can I make sure the interview has good audio and video quality for the other person?
Which tools do you use? Should I use something like Zoom and use the video and audio recording? What would be a better way?

For all the grief Skype gets, a good combo is Skype + Ecamm Live. Ecamm Live in particular is a great product for recording and/or broadcasting side-by-side video.
Zencastr seems quite good if you are just doing audio, all the podcasts I've spoken on recently have used that.
