Having been on and off the meditation bandwagon over the last 6 years, I've recently tried really hard to get back to my usual routine.

How do you make habits sticky?
I use special gamification apps to keep me motivated to meditate.
I myself have not been able to accustom myself to habits for a long time. Any gamified service for habits can help. For example, the same Habitica.
Basically gamification and scoring makes you want to get more points. And at the same time, it bothers you if you haven't done something (points decrease if you haven't done it).
There must be something that shows progress here and now + shows accumulated progress.
I've been on and off too - will definitely give this a read!
