How to Make Quality B2B Newsletter?

It's my first time posting here. I'm working in an HR SaaS Startup. Recently, I started making newsletters for my lead list (mostly EU companies). But I'm struggling to curate content and deliver value for them. I tried to translate HR research into easy stuff for them and I also tried gathering relevant news for them. I don't know what else could be done. How do you gather content?
