How to make your chatbots more human - simple design hacks

I looked at chatbots for Facebook. They were not worth the effort. Chatbots work good when you have big volumn at the top of your funnel, which most of us don't ( yet). Chatbots don' t really help you get velocity.
I agree that chatbots do not work effectively, yet. Although, the post is not about whether they work or not. It was about how you can make them feel a rather more like humans.
