How to Manage a Full-Time Job and a Side Hustle

Managing a full-time job and a side hustle can be challenging, but it is possible to do both with careful planning and time management. Here are a few tips to help you successfully juggle both commitments:

Set clear boundaries: It's important to set clear boundaries between your full-time job and your side hustle to ensure that you have enough time and energy for both. This might mean setting aside specific times of the day or week to work on your side hustle, or making sure to unplug from work when you're not on the clock.

Prioritize your tasks: Time is often a limited resource when working a full-time job and a side hustle, so it's important to prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important and time-sensitive items first.

Create a schedule: Having a clear schedule can help you stay organized and make the most of your time. Consider using tools like a planner or a scheduling app to help you keep track of your commitments and deadlines.

Communicate with your employer: If you are working a full-time job and a side hustle, it's important to be upfront with your employer about your commitments. Make sure to set clear expectations and communicate any potential conflicts in advance.

Take care of yourself: It's important to remember to prioritize your physical and mental health when working a full-time job and a side hustle. Make sure to get enough sleep, exercise, and take breaks when needed.

I think a calendar is the best way to manage your life, as long as it doesn't dictate everything. You should still be able to live in the moment and be spontatenous.

But when i have something in my calendar is treat it as a meeting, whether that being cleaning, work, going to the gym or a side hustle.

I can definitely relate to this post, as I am trying to start my own side hustle while having other things going on in my life. But one piece of advice I would say is to have a good goal/target to strive for when doing a side hustle. This will give you the motivation to get up and do what you have to do.
