How to market new website to desktop users?

As the title says, I have created a new website, my first published website to be specific, and I want to target desktop users. I want to target primarily desktop users because my website is a bookmark manager and the MVP is currently not optimized for mobile use. How do you all try to acquire more desktop users? I have tried reddit mainly so far, as I am early in the marketing process.
