How to monetize a Google Chrome extension?

I started a small hobby back in 2014 - a Google Chrome extension for monitoring Internet connection (https://internetmon.org/). Currently, it has almost 100k users and helps people to identify, log and monitor Internet connection issues. I’m looking forward to covering the development expenses and possibly selling it.

Asking for advice in the first place - how would you monetize it?
