How to move your app on top of the list on Google App pack?

Hey Guys!

I know there are a lot of experienced app developers here, so that is why I would like to ask, what are the strategies for getting your app on top of the App Pack.

I, now, have researched a lot of resources about this topic and have implemented on my project, but nothing seems to work. I did app optimizations, there are a lot of positive reviews and I have created even quality backlinks for my app, but it seem that it do not work.

Maybe some of you have other suggestions what could I do to help my app move on the rank?
