How to NOT end up in Gmail promo folder?

All the emails I send end up there. How do you make sure you don't end up in Gmail's promo folder?
Promo tab is there for a reason. Promotions.
If you are sending email promotions, marketing material it's ok to be there.
Don't be selfish. That is useful for mail users. When I see an email not ending up in their own tab, I explicitly move them there.
Primary tab is for direct communication, not for marketing or newsletters. If your direct mails drop on others' promotions, that means you failed on seperating your marketing and personal mail account. Keep your marketing material seperated and use your personal mail for its purpose. Direct communication.
How do you know they're ending up there? It's supposed to be a combination of a bunch of stuff, that can include:

Are you sending from a gmail address or your own domain? Need to send from your own domain using paid google workspace or zoho or other similar email hosting etc with spf dkim and dmarc setup correctly
Use more texts and avoid common templates. Helped me.
Ask them to reply back to your email...then you'll always end up in primary.
That's the best trick but also complicated cause you gotta think about a way to do it!
