How to obtain objective feedback?
In March of 2020, I built a mobile app for analyzing real estate investment deals. As a real estate investor myself, I saw serious gaps in similar apps available on the app store, and I was tired of dealing with spreadsheets to do my analyses.
After making the app free, and adding several features suggested by friends who are also into RE investing, my app has received zero ratings or reviews. I'm worried that the suggestions and feedback I'm receiving from personal contacts are not objective. As this is a side project, I'm a bit reluctant to spam a social media group to ask people to download my app.
Any suggestions, fellow hackers?
The app is called Metadeal btw, and is only available on the iOS app store at the moment.

Best feedback is find ppl with the problem ask them to pay for your solution
The ones who pay try to initiate conversations with by offering some free consult or what not
Ask how you can help and what they need help with
