How to offer users many options to withdraw money like upwork?

Hi,
My website is trying to connect programmers with mentors, and I want to offer the mentors different methods to withdraw their earnings, is there a service abstracting this process and through one integration users will be able to withdraw money to skrill, payonner, paypal, bank account, ...etc.

Or I just have to implement each one of those options separately

  I thought Stripe Connect give you the ability to just transfer to another Stripe account. Does it support skrill and payonner for example?

I know that Stripe has a 'marketplace' functionality where users can add funds to their accounts and withdraw'. Check them out, I think they also support several withdrawal methods.
