How to only get 5% from a payment?

I researched companies that did this extensively. Stripe connect was very expensive.

Blue snap was what I ended up finding to be the best.

I once used MangoPay for a client. They do e-wallets, escrow, "know your customer" documentation, etc. Is probably more expensive then Stripe but you can make an e-wallet for every user and automatically take x% while their funds are kept in a special bank account until they pay themselves out.

I worked on an app that does something similar. We used Stripe Connect and have people using the app. Works perfectly.

You should be looking for a payment provider to handle this for you. Doing this properly is really important and not an easy task. You want a trusted middle man to handle this for you. They will take a cut though - but that's just the cost of doing business.

I know stripe can do this, with Stripe connect. There are most likely other providers too.

i have seen in travel startups, they bill 100% to customer & transfer 100% to travel agency on records/paper & raises service invoice to agency for actual fee.

but in practice for simplicity they only return (total - service fee) to agency & mark service invoice paid in there records.

You should check with legal to get right words in you Customer Policy & Payment Terms
