Looking for solutions to overcome PayPal limitations and banning issues, it is very problematic to change PayPal several times in SaaS websites.
Best way to overcome PayPal limitations is by ditching PayPal completely.
They randomly lock your account and ask for documents for verification even though you already have submitted document in past for account verification. And take weeks to verify your documents. In between that they will also lock your fund for 90 days.
All process make it feels like a government owned business operation.
Any solution you know that has its own payment gateway & accepts PayPal & stripe, payouts through wire/PayPal/bank etc
Payment gateway like Paddle allow to accept PayPal payment without PayPal account.

My account got locked (still able to receive payments) because they think there were unusual activities.
They asked for some info, I submitted it and the account was unlock within 2 days
I worried about that too. But Paypal is literally a payment gateway, they'll try to sort the issue out as well
1: What sort of documents were asked?
countries with no PayPal like us find it difficult to provide some docs, even I have registered LLC in UK & USA

You don't need the certificate, but the name, the number (the proof of billing is definitely important as well, I send them the AWS receipt)
If Paypal is not available in the country, I might use something else. I used to use Stripe, then moved to a country that Stripe was not supported. I switched to Paypal
Otherwise, there are extra fees for withdrawal, currency conversion. 3rd-party will charge a lot for that, because it's hard
Is there any alternative for you?
basically, I have stripe approved but 90% of SaaS customers prefer to pay through PayPal that's why it is important to integrate that.
Do you know why they prefer Paypal? When paying, they're not so much different IMO
Is there anything else other than Stripe and Paypal in Pakistan (or the country that you living in)? Sometimes, the government doesn't like foreign business growth within the country
I worked with a Pakistanis freelancer once. He was using Paypal and it was a pain to get pay.
hard to get a solution here, that's why I incorporated UK & USA companies to get stripe & PayPal as solutions, getting/withdrawing money from these platforms is not a big worry I have UK & USA local banks too. The only problem I am facing right now is the limitations of PayPal account.
