How to pass Paddle validation

Dear fellow indie hackers,

Any advice to pass the Paddle validation of a #saas in an early stage (not released yet)?

PS: Stripe isn't available where I am.

You can checkout the paddle seller handbook it includes everything that is needed in order to pass validation : https://www.paddle.com/seller-guides/seller-handbook

Share my own experience: we also located in a country not supported by Stripe and tried to use Paddle. We registered account and passed some approvals without any problems, then spent a week integrating paddle into our system, just to get account suspended after the first user payment.
The reason is "Our service is not supporting copypasted headline from our landing products". It was health&fitness SaaS.

Hey, painful! What are you using or what did you do?

First check if your business type is allowed by their terms and conditions. If it's allowed and your country is supported then it should be no problem.

If you encounter any issue in the validation process just contact them. They are a small company (compared to Stripe for example) and they are trying to focus on SaaS recently, so they will be happy to onboard you (if you meet their allowed criteria for business type and country)

Thanks for the answer, I wonder if it's necessary to release the landing page and some features first.

I think you atleast need a landing page to show them. Also they ask for your domain name for verification.

What is Paddle validation? Which countries are supported by Paddle?
