I am looking someone to share experience with me in building website where I will pay people for good quality content (reviews) and earn money on affiliate programs. The point is I don't want to write the content myself.

1. Can someone share experience about building copywriter team for such purpose?

2. In your experience: Will cost of copywriters < income? What is the margin in your case?

3. Where can I find copywriters who are experts in specific topics? Is any portal with copywriters with showed hobbies? For example I will need someone to be tea, coffee etc. expert.
