As a product manager turned founder, I realised I wanted to continue working in the product space indefinitely. The first problem I realised I needed to solve was how the hell I prioritised my significantly limited time.
There were largely 2 categories of tasks I realised.
With that in mind, I realised there wasn't much on the market so I decided to build a way to prioritize value/effort.
The following is by ChatGPT about how it can help other founders/indiehackers that I couldn't really write better myself :)
"""
As an indie hacker, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the many tasks and responsibilities involved in product management. That's where a value/effort board can be extremely helpful. By prioritizing tasks based on their value to the customer and the effort required, the board can help you make more informed decisions about where to focus your time and resources. It also facilitates effective communication with your team and keeps you focused on your goals. In short, a value/effort board is a simple yet powerful tool that can make a big difference in your product management process.

Give it a whirl! and let me know if you have any feedback or want anymore features.
Maybe spend your time actually doing work instead of thinking and writing about how to prioritize.. Just a thought
