How to promote a niche real estate portal
While I was searching for office space for my startup, I found find one small office space using existing real estate websites was tough as there are not well defined listings.
Thought there is a market to promote a niche website listing only small office space which are less than 1000 sqft in area.
I have built the website, would like to get inputs from folks here as how I can get this out in the open for people list their available spaces and people looking for the same. Of course, all this without spending too much on user acquisition. Appreciate all the interesting thoughts by folks here.
There are a bunch of coworking/shared desk search sites that target a similar market. Look for those ones first then investigate where and how they advertise and I suspect you'll find your customers.
