    Good stuff. Thanks for sharing.

When you post such an article do you re-post it in other, relevant subreddits as well? Or do you pick one and tailor your message to that one only?

A lot of times I read on Reddit that people check out the posters profile and look if (s)he has contributed to the subreddit in the past / is re-posting articles in a lot of other subreddits.

Thanks! I usually post it to two subreddits where Junior Data Scientists hang out.

Interesting. I haven't heard that redditors check posters profiles.

Yes, I did the same when I posted on Reddit. I guess it depends on the subreddits in question and the audience.

Developers / AI enthusiast are usually inclined to learn new stuff, so sharing a blog post might be fine. Sharing a link to a post in a subreddit where "professionals" usually discuss their favorite topics might not be a good idea.

I've stumbled upon a comment along the lines of "based on your post history you're self promotional and violate rule X" at least twice (in 2 different subreddtis). But yeah, it depends on the audience you're interacting with.
