How to promote an open-source framework?

Hi All!

I'm working on an open-source framework called Mercury. It converts Python notebooks to web applications to make them accessible for non-technical users.

The framework is open-source under the AGPLv3 license. There is also a commercial license with additional features, dedicated support, and private forks.

Does anyone have experience in growing an open-source framework? Looking for tips and advice.
