How to promote Chrome extensions?

Hi there, we at Tarta (https://tarta.ai) plan to create a couple Chrome extensions. The first one for SEO specialists, another one for job seekers in the US.

I'm wondering where we could promote the extension except Chrome Store?

We have already launched the first one but it was installed just by a couple hundreds people. Please advise.
