I like this because in certain niches the people my not even really think of themselves as "micro-influencers" just people with a lot of followers - if you make an HONEST request of them they might even do something for you for free.

I plan on using this for my next launch - people with a few thousand followers are easy enough to source. My next project has a monthly newsletter that is going out with stats for our service, I plan to add a set of curated blog post snippets to it. Those bloggers are going to be asked to extend our reach by talking about us in exchange for our extending their reach to a similar audience.
