I am Firat Bayram Bakir, Founder of Get Camera Crew. I hacked the video production industry in the Covid era and generated $100K in 6 months. The videos I created for some startups scaled up to 5-figure ROIs for merely $3K investments.
Why you make, what you make is probably the most important question that one can ask. If your intentions are "pure", meaning: you do what you do because you feel you have no choice, you wake up and obsess about some product is a big indicator that you will make it. Not because you heard this is what you should do but you do it in almost a way you don't know why.
Don't mind the answers you give, questions put you on a path, and answers, remove you from it.
Strive to learn the truth about you. The truth about any company is, there is no team, no group. The idea that a team created a product is just mediocre people trying to carve some place for themselves. Not judging anyone. This is the fact of the situation.
However, the truth is, there is a visionary and others fall behind.
You need to know yourself extremely clearly and by doing so you will by nature know where to go.
The legend is uncompromising, Look at Steve Jobs. Do you think he changed his mind on product development when others were telling him crazy? No.
The best thing you can do is to stop listening to anyone. Yes, even me.
If you think you have the right product/idea. Give yourself permission to follow it till the end.
Your SaaS needs to serve a significant number of potential customers to grow and succeed. Make sure your product caters to a big enough market segment.
Narrowing down your target audience is crucial.
For example: "XYZ Software" for "B2B/B2C" or "Benefits for Industry"
When I realized that almost 70% of my work came from a specific customer group, I pivoted to exclusively providing services to them. This increased customer happiness, and my revenue went up. As a bonus, I had more free time for myself.
If you find yourself that you don't have people around you to ask some questions about your business, I can help you in growing your B2B SaaS.
