How to regain momentum after a relatively failed experience?

Somehow i can't generate exciting ideas anymore or even if i got some excitement for building something new. it's not sustainable enough to keep things moving and i drop the side project soon after
Well I took some time off but it didn't work out 😅
any ideas ??
