How to release our product (MVP) into common public

We've developed an MVP app for the US market and are ready to launch. As first-time founders, we're unsure about the necessary steps before releasing the product, such as permissions, compliance, licenses, etc. So far, we've only registered our company. Can anyone with experience in launching a product guide us on what to do next?
