How to run validation surveys and get responses?
I am about to validate an idea and am wondering how to contact potential users. I have a list of email addresses, but am not sure how to cold-contact the potential users and asking them for 5–10 minutes of their time to answer them.
Any tips how to not appear spammy and get a lot of responses?

Tool-wise I need something that is as polished as possible, like TypeForm.
But the right tool is not the problem, much more how to cold-contact experts (possible users).
