Hey Indie Hackers,
Like many of you, I’m building products where customer support is starting to take up 50% of my day. I wanted a way to automate the repetitive "How do I do X?" questions without making my customers feel like they were talking to a wall.
I built Handoff Chat to bridge that gap. It’s an AI-first omnichannel inbox.
The Workflow:
You connect your channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).
You connect an AI Agent (using your preferred AI platform).
The AI handles the Level-1 support.
If the AI gets stuck or the user asks for a person, you get a notification to jump in manually from the same dashboard.
We are also working on a white-label embed feature, so if you're building a SaaS, you can drop this entire inbox into your own app for your users.
It’s in free beta right now and I’d love to get some feedback from fellow founders: https://www.handoff.chat/
What’s your biggest pain point with customer communication right now?
