How to sell a company with low metrics but 2 mobile apps and a web app?

I have a nutrition app in the keto niche and I would like to sell it. We currently do not have a lot of traction, and we can't spend more time on growing it. What would be the best strategy to extract some value from all the work we put into those apps?
