How to send an email on behalf of a customer?

Hello everyone,
I need to send emails on behalf of my customers for order verifications,shipment etc...How can i achieve that.I know about Amazon SES however i wondered if there is another case,since to use Amazon SES,they must send an email to my customer and it's not a seamless experience.
Any tips?
