How to share the startup journey in the most useful way for fellow founders?

At KnowledgeHunt, we are gathering and curating free resources to help founders to ideate, stay up to trends and grow.

We are still in a very early phase but already working on a new type of resource to create. One is 'startup journeys', where we would share the detailed journeys of startups from 0 to first users.

The problem is, plain-text stories are too boring and not engaging. Any ideas/suggestions on what tool/format to use to make stories look and feel better?

I was thinking about building the journeys in Figma but I am sure there are better ways.

I would also appreciate if you could share any examples where startup journey story is told in non plain-text format.
