How to significantly reduce the ‘Confusion Quotient’ of the world

By informing the decision (once it is made) to - prospective employers, vendors, prospective employers, friends or anyone else.

So we have made this as a policy in our company that - Not informing is ‘Not Ok’. No matter how busy or how much significant you are.

Not responding to calls/ emails/ messages is ‘Not Ok’

We try to respond to all enquiries (even if its a ‘No’ from our side). And we try to track it as well in order to make sure that we do not miss to inform anyone.

Any suggestions how can we do this efficiently?
