How to spend $500 free Google Ads credit?

Google Ads has a new promotion where you get $500 free ad credit if you spend $500 in 60 days. Seems like a decent deal that I want to take advantage of.

Google Ads

Is there a good quick start guide to Google Ads?

There are probably some tips that greatly improve the efficiency of ads but I'm not exactly sure what is helpful and what is a waste of time.

If I'm going to spend $500 (and then get $500 for free) should I hire an expert (someone like this on Fiverr), could they do an amazing job for $60? Or would that be a large risk or waste of money?

Would love some links/guides/ideas that have worked for others!

I can also give good landing page feedback in exchange for Google Ads feedback? If you're interested just comment below or message me!

Couldn't recommend more Isaac Rudansky's course on Google Ads, just don't buy it at a full price, wait until udemy algorithms decide to give it to you ~ $20 🙃 Though it's worth the full price for sure.

I think it's the best investment if you plan to seriously bet on PPC campaigns and never worked on Google Ads before.

After completing the course, think of that $1000 as an awesome learning playground that might produce you decent results but more importantly will give invaluable experience for your future campaigns.

Many people think that PPC is just buying clicks. But there are so much more in it 🙂

Fantastic, thanks for the link! Looks like they're offering it for $20 off the bat so I'll dive in and give it a go.

      Appreciate it!

    1. Do keyword research using UberSuggest or Semrush and list out some longtail and 2 word keywords.

    2. Create 6-7 text headlines based on it.

    3. Create 6-7 small ad campaign using those headlines.

    4. Run these campaign for smaller budget like $20-30 for atleast 3 to 5 days.

    5. Sort out which type of target audience and ad campaign is performing for you.

    6. Invest the remaining amount from $500 in those sorted campaign.

ah, really good idea. The only thing is, I think my longtail keywords would have like 10 search volume a day. My product is a Slack app so it's already pretty niche by default.
