How to start a Slack community for your SaaS product?

Hey everyone!

I work for an a SaaS platform (authentication now, billing and feature flags this year + more) called Kinde and I'm currently trying to build a slack community for SaaS engineers.

For anyone that has done this before / seen successful slack communities, what would you say some of the most valuable things I could do are in growing in but also keeping engagement levels high?
