Statistics confirm entrepreneurs' fears. According to Startup Genome, 9 out of 10 pilot organizations close.
The problems start as early as the idea generation stage. Searching for the "blue ocean" usually leads to a dead end since most niches are already tightly mastered... And even more so, if there is no absolute certainty in the idea, doubts never let the solution see the light of day.
In my opinion, synergy is simply essential! It's rare to make progress after the first attempt, and it's certainly impossible to do it alone. Our the chatbot project back in the summer of 2021. In January 2022, the company had already released the product and assembled its first bot-builder user base. But it was impossible to take such a brisk pace at once, and there was unsuccessful cooperation with several programmers. Plus, there was no clear understanding of the PR strategy, how to work with the first customers - barter, for money, or feedback...
And only after our CEO accidentally met the developer Dmitry at a mutual friend's birthday party did the project begin to gain momentum. Our ideas for chatbots finally found a transparent vector.
