How to start using reddit with no karma?
Hey, I am going to spend the next few weeks trying to garner interest in my product (https://criteria.sh) before doing any more building. I'm hoping to get at least 100 signups on the prelaunch site, and will mainly focus on things like site messaging to help drive this.
A lot of advice is to search subreddits, research the market and use it to get the word out. I've never used reddit before so am starting with 1 karma. While I'm trying to contribute first by commenting etc, my post got blocked by a moderator bot for being a new user.
How would you approach this?

There are some subs tho where you can more easily gain exposure and karma than in others. If I were you I wouldn't start with politics of religion subs)

Unfortunately you cannot start cold on Reddit and cannot post on a lot of subreddits from a new account or one that does not have any karma. Most of the subreddits have pretty reasonable requirements. Just start interacting on subreddits that do not have posting requirements. I think a lot of subreddits recommended when you join do not have posting restrictions for new users. Start there.
