How to test website copy?

I have a couple of potential narratives for our pre-launch website. I would like to validate the narratives early (before working on the visual elements and launching the website) to ensure that the copy is clear and compelling.
How can I test the website copy/ narrative?

I'd try using https://wynter.com/ -- this is their exact purpose, and I've used it a few times with really good success.
The main thing to focus on is who you want feedback from (i.e. target audience) and the type of questions/context setting you do.
