How to track purchases from Reddit and Quora audience?

I'm about to hire a content marketer whose job is to
a) create and distribute editorial content
b) reply to posts on Reddit
c) answer questions on Quora
d) improve our domain rating

I need to track the revenue generated by this guy and – if possible – I'd like to do it without using affiliate links.

How would you solve this problem?
