There’s one simple rule that transforms every failure into your very own and big achievement. And that’s to dedicate your 100% to any goal, action, the accomplishment you’re going for! It’s that simple. Why? Because if you give everything you can to accomplish, you’ll accept any result knowing, that in the current moment in life, you did everything you could to get from point A to B. It’s not too complicated to see that. Let me give you an example. Get into the role of a swimmer. Professional one. You’re training for regional competition and you stick to multiple changes in your life which are about to prepare you for participation. You’ve changed your diet, you’ve increased the amount of training, you start to meditate and control your mind which evolves into bigger faith and believe in yourself. The day before the competition you feel like you stuck to the plan and did everything you could to win. But you didn’t. You end up fourth. Is it a failure? Could you do something differently? Not really. You put as much effort as you could and you grew, improve, and became a better human, craft, and sportsman thanks to that. The growth happened inside. You don’t need a medal now. Instead, with a growth mindset, you focus on the inner-self. You ask questions. What change have I made? How can I prepare for another try? How can I celebrate this moment? You Feel joyful that you haven’t finished last. If you finish last, you would feel joyful because you simply accomplished the race. Never end up in a fixed mindset where you beat yourself or let others do it. What you need is the knowledge of the progression you’ve made and created a reality where it’s consistent. Because that consistency will make you win in the end. Have you heard about Diana Nyad? If now, lucky you. Google her and open yourself for her inspiration and greatness. She swam 100 miles from Cuba to Florida, at the age of 64. That’s like 50 hours of a constant swim. EXCUSE ME? She made it after multiples tries and never gave up. As she says: It’s a message to be always faithful and never give up! Now feel it and move it forward along the way. Peace!
