How to turn a prototype into a product?

Hi Indie Hackers,

My team and I developed this app (might be NSFW) with infinite panning through random fashion images from Tumblr and our doodles. It was supposed to be a mood board for designers, illustrators, and artists.

We got some positive feedback on this and now we think that this prototype could become a product. But since we have no experience in launching products it's challenging to find the right direction to further develop this app and not overcomplicate it.

We have the following ideas at this stage:

1. Niche online store solution for design, art, and fashion businesses.
2. Inspiration app like Pinterest, but focused on use by professionals to demo their portfolio or ideas for projects.

I would be grateful if you could provide your opinion on these questions:

1. What do you think is a better idea?
2. What would be an MVP for it?
3. How would you monetize it?
