How to understand the 'startup' ecosystem?

Hello guys ,
I am a 16 year old student from India. Me and my brother are really interested in startups , investing , tech and many more. We both want to start our own business now , and have been pondering what niches we can provide value in.

Then it struck us that if we love startups then why don't serve them? So my question is that being a student with no prior experience , how can i learn about startup ecosystem and potentially find a gap where we can provide value in.
I have tried talking to bunch of YC founders but I realized that asking them
"What problems do you face being a startup founder?" is too generic.

Please assist me here that how can i find a gap for serving existing startups.
