How to Unstartup

ICYMI: Earlier this year, we started Dripl as an experiment to find out if we could build a customer-funded technology business.

We noticed that apps that helped users pass tests/assessments like: citizenship tests, driving license tests, language tests, school entrance exams, pro certifications etc. were (a) consistently best-selling (b) shit.

So we built a platform that churned out such apps from a list of questions in a spreadsheet. You can watch the thing in action in this video. We are dogfooding the platform & released App #2 yesterday.

We have been writing a transparent, unfiltered, honest account of our journey in a series of weekly updates called How to Unstartup (& sharing it with some friends). This is now public.

We would be delighted to get some feedback from the community. You can follow me on twitter for updates.
