How to validate a mobile app startup idea from people
Does anybody know how to validate an idea?
I have an idea for a mobile app that's very useful, but i want to get user's feedback first before i continue.
How did you validate your idea and get feedback from people, to see if it's something people would really use.

Which tool did you use to run the survey? and how did you get the response from people, i did a facebook ad but i'm not getting as much response as i want.
I literally went into 8 gyms face to face and talked to people for an hour in each gym, in the morning and at night so 2 hrs each = 16 hrs.
Morning time to get the busy schedule, working people who were squeezing in a session, and at night to get the bodybuilding, fitness peoples opinions and answers.
I also ran instagram poll ads online where i received huge feedback!
For https://trackmylift.app I conducted polls online, I also ran surveys in 8 of my local gyms to potential customers.
I also spent over 5 months using other gym related workout Tracker apps for my own gym sessions, recording pros and cons of each into a spreadsheet.
