How to Validate an app idea?

Hi everybody I'm in the process of developing an app and without releasing too much information, wanted to know what the best way to validate mu idea would be during a pandemic. For example, I can't really go out and talk to my users in public because of the virus. Does anybody have any ideas on how to do this online?
