Hi, i am solo-founder of simplestat.site - product analytic for non-coding users.
During my first week at YCombinator 's Startup School, i decided to stop any coding and to start attract users on landing page to validate idea first.
There is some email requests already.
What should i do with this users if i don't have working MVP yet?
What will be the evidence that i need to continue development (or not)?

Ideally have a call or online chat with people that signed up and 1) learn as much about them and what they’re working on as possible. 2) discuss why they’re interested in your product.
It’s hard to know if beta signups are actually people that would use/pay for your product until you start a conversation with them.
If they’re genuinely interested you can start to learn who your target user and that can inform how you market your product.
Here is a blog about how Buffer did it.

Oh, such a good idea to read how other people did it :-)
Thank you )
Sell them an early access of the service. If they buy you have a business and now you can start building features. If they don't buy you didn't spend any time or money in it.
Just be sure that you can build it or that you have enough money to hire someone to do it.
Do you mean sell now before i made product? If i plan to sell for $25/month (when and if this will be ready) - at what price should i sell now?
Yes, and you should try to sell at that price with several people. Wait a few day to see if any buy, if not, lower a bit or ask the customers what would be a fair price.
Hi Max,
I think It is super important to talk to users before you decide to build your MVP. This helps with understanding if your MVP is going to have a significant impact when it comes out. Asking for feedback from these people can also help cut down on any features that may not be interesting in the market, which will save you a lot of time and effort in the long run.
Btw, we've built a tool called Fastlaunch.io (https://fastlaunch.io) to validate your idea before building the MVP.
It helps you create multiple (& multi-lingual) well tested high-converting landing pages instantly and runs A/B tests automatically and helps you build your audience with viral wait-lists)

This is hard and simple question. Now I have absolutely non-technical prospects, who even don't know about GA, and i believe that simplicity of data may be a factor. I visited Fullstory, seems full of technical details and requirements for coding.
But in fact - if i decide to apply to YCombinator - i understand that my answer still not enough.
Thank you, I will try to find something real uniq.
