How to write my website content?

Hi Everyone,

I am very confused, how do you write content for the website?

I run a development agency, and it is very challenging to find someone who can write real original content that describes every aspect of our agency.

When I look at other professional agencies, It's very challenging for me to write such content as theirs. So how basically do you do that? Just a normal content writer won't do because they have no idea about the specifics of the job and they usually don't know how to write it in a way that sells. So is it like there is a job to write engineering descriptions or what?
