How to write the launch copy for re-launch after adding new features?

According to a certain book on bootstrapping, I'm supposed to re-launch the product everytime I add a bunch of new features to the product.
How should I write the copy for the re-launch?
Should the relaunch copy be the same as the initial launch copy, but at the end of the copy, I write something like "New features: " and list them out?
