How we added AI to our video agency process

Generative AI is starting to transform many industries, and in particular the creative ones. We have been running a SaaS business to create video ads since 2014. In parallel we also have a video agency. It used to take days of our team's time to create storyboards, the first stage in the vide production process.

We started first to play with ChatGPT to get ideas for concepts and scripts, which is one step of the storyboarding process. We then added images and we ended up creating a full storyboarding solution (it's still a v1 for now, with a long roadmap to be implemented).
