How we almost doubled our cold email conversions with customised images
My co-founder and I run a business where cold emails are our bread and butter.
And we realised personalised images almost doubled our conversion. So here's what happened.
We'd built this software for custom invoices, so I adapted it to create personalised images we could link into our cold email campaigns.
And, after we did that we saw an immediate jump in the open, click and reply rate.
The custom images worked and westarted converting ~15% with the images.
We thought fellow hackers might also find this useful for increasing cold email conversions.
How does it work? All you do is add a column on your cold email google sheet (we use Gmass) for the personalised image after generating it in Reportal.
The images are hosted so a simple HTML link is all you need for each email.
Add in the HTML link into the column and voila!
It works perfectly with Gmass but we want to link it to other email tools to help more founders - any suggestions?
